Our Policy
Cancellation
Advanced notice of 24 hours is required to cancel or reschedule reserved appointments. 50% of the reserved service will be charged to a client as compensation for reserved space and time of service provider.
Arrival
To maximize the benefits of your treatment, we ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. As a courtesy to our clientele, please remember that if you arrive late, your treatment will still end as scheduled so as not to inconveniences our guests with appointments later in the day
